The focus needs to be on lawyers not investigators

Someone somewhere made a decision at some point to cover up the fact that a computer system signed off at board level was launched when it wasn't fit for purpose.
It shouldn't be too difficult to nail that down to one person from Fujitsu and one person from POL.
