the multi story carpark up the nnuh is a complete farce

so i go and visit the father in-law today and as usual all the other carparks are rammed so i scoot into the multi story and if you can make it ut's free for under 30 mins. as the old boy is in bad clip and can't stay awake for long and can barely speak, more often than not i get back and beat the curfew. god knows how many times i've trooped up there and it's all pretty mundane except today i "lost" my ticket ffs (left it in the car duh) so i goes to the carpark office where the hi-vizzers drink tea and said i'd lost me ticket and he says, no problem just drive up to the exit barrier and if you are over 30 mins just tap out on your bank card as it all works on anpr. "so no ticket is needed then?" "nope, and if you were here less than 30 minutes it opens automatically". 😐

all this time i've been stressing out about beating the curfew and being stood in line behind normals f**king around trying to work the ticket machine out when i could have just driv to the barrier and got my get out of jail free pass via anpr.
