i get that in radio as they have to keep the listener in the picture

but you don't have to recant everything that is going on all the time or bombard the viewer with inane facts/stats, sometimes a bit of light and shade is needed. for me anyway clive. on the major radio comms they change every fifteen minutes or so i think so they get to rest up the poor dears, an hour and a half shift commentating on a footy match must be much harder than a mere 12 hour stag offshore.
