Southwell did a powderpuff article on attendances not so long ago

What would actually be interesting, if he’s reading this, is to compare this season with other seasons. Maybe I’ll email him and suggest they do that comparison, or maybe the club keeps the true data under wraps?

Going back to and including 17/18 would give 6 years of data (losing a year for COVID) which covers a spectrum of successful and unsuccessful seasons.

It’s interesting to know that lots of fans are not turning up, but without accurate comparable data, it’s meaningless. One thing we can be sure of though, the club will be well aware of where attendances are compared to previous years.
