I find the situation at Carrow road rather confusing and contradictory.
Knapper presumably has in mind a strategy to move the club forward. A long term idea facilitated by short term ideas and changes.
David Wagner was in situe when he arrived so presumably Knapper is assesses his position with that strategy In mind.
That strategy (whatever it is)...is known by and contributed to by Delia. She appointed Knapper to fill the role which includes the involvement of herself in its duties.
Delia has then given a public showing of support to David Wagner. Aligning herself with a management member rather than with a new long term plan of the new sporting director that she appointed.
So how does Knapper get the chance to implement HIS plan for the future when Delia openly pulls rank on a key decision.
Knapper probably agrees with Delia on David Wagner but shouldn't Delia be singing from the Knapper hymn sheet and not her own ?
It's almost like she has said... "I like David, so he is not going anywhere!!"
