Could build it on a huge barge?
Would add an extra element of "interest" to the match on windy days as well as the barge is buffeted around. Plus depending on the tides you could arrange it so at the start of the game it's by the Rushcutters and by the end of the game the stadium has conveniently arrived by the railway station before proceeding onwards to the Ribs for them such as me who appreciate a nice pint of Citra.
This is surely the way forwards?
