Foo thoughts having now seen that full post AGM interview

The big positive is that MA comes across as reassuringly credible. I worry that he thinks Delia and MWJ know what they are doing more than is actually the case but I am less concerned about the debt now having heard him speak about it and also interested in the plans re development around the ground and stadium expansion. Good to have that more firmly on the agenda. Longer term, I am reassured even though i'm not sure he fully appreciates how bad things can get if the club does not act swiftly now.

The negative is that it completely lays bare how deluded and out of touch the Stowmarket 2 really are, possibly because nobody ever really has the heart/nerve to give them any stick to their faces at games. The them v us attitude permeates everything and they seem to have been utterly taken in by absolutely everything "Stuart and Zoe" have said and done. No doubt sentiment clouding judgment again. Anyone who criticises is a moaning whinger and the enemy. Does she ever think for one moment why 80% of the fans are now line church mice?

Pompey fans forced their owner out and now own the club so interesting comparable for her to chose, especially as they are one of probably only a handful of clubs of similar size to us who are currently performing worse. They are still a tough crown when the team is not performing.

Depressing to hear MA say that they have not really talked about changing the coach. Ironic to hear Delia praising darling "Stuart and Zoe" for having the intelligence to suggest we seek some investment, something people have been calling for for over a decade now. Hardly rocket science is it but she only goes for it when they suggest it.

Finally her reaction to the question around concerns over governance with there being no chairman and a married couple in the top two jobs speaks volumes. Clueless.
