We're a terribly unserious football club, run by a bunch of amateurs.

From what I can tell, it's a complete miracle we ever managed one failed attempt at the Premier League, let alone three in recent years.

The board don't seem to grasp the gravity of the situation - we've pissed millions up the wall and a chance at being an established Prem club and wasted it on complete dross. If anybody dares point this out, then they're a "boo-boy".

I didn't used to like the Delia hate, but it genuinely seems that as long as she has her cosy day out with her pals then she doesn't care what happens on the pitch. I guarantee when we get thumped at Portman Road she'll be smiling in the stands and will be wondering why people are protesting the next week.

The whole thing stinks from top to bottom. Knapper has been brought in purposely as an inexperienced Yes-Man, knowing he won't have the minerals to make any tough decisions that Delia doesn't agree with.

The most shameful thing of all is the way that Webber kicked the can down the road of sacking Wagner, giving Delia and Neil Adams a chance to publicly back him. Now we're stuck with him for a few months left at least.

I wish I didn't care so much but unfortunately I do, and the thousands of other dissenters in the stands. I just want us to compete, play attractive football with a team of young, hungry players with ideally a couple of local lads thrown in there. I know it's possible, but not without this mob in charge.

I really think now that protesting is the only way to get them to understand. Outside the ground before the game, and empty seats during the game.

Delia out, MWJ out, Wagner out. I won't be going anymore until it happens.
