The assumption seems to be he’d have given a good crack at promotion again
But had the dire form continued that prem season he may have just had enough and decided mutually to leave. And had he stayed with us for relegation, would he have fancied it again with a much weaker team?
Eddie Howe’s a Bournemouth legend but realised he’d probably taken them as far as he could and needed a break. No reason for Farke to think we’d be in good shape if he got us promoted a 3rd time.
