I share the anger at Webber but simply firing him is just cutting off your nose to spite

your face. We need a Knapper to get up to speed as quickly as possible. Part of that is to have a comprehensive handover with Webber to fully understand the current club philosophy and approach so that he can identify the problems and see how he needs to change things. Just firing Webber gains us nothing as he will simply take his final pay off and walk away smiling.
