I thought it was a really good series.
An eye opener too, showing their attitude towards the working girls and in fact their own female officers.
I remember being 7 or 8 years old and we lived in Lincoln. We used to get the 'Calendar' regional news at 6pm which mostly covered Yorkshire so there was really heavy coverage. I didnt really know how far Lincoln was from Leeds back then, but it just seemed really close and I recall being upset as my mum used to work nights as a nurse at Lincoln Hospital which involved her taking two busses.
Can't imagine how scary it must have been for women actually in the Leeds area.
