I'm usually late to a "manager out" bandwagon, but not this one

Yes he's been unlucky with injuries and yes our squad has some issues - though it's still a lot better than most in the chumps - but the thing for me, not just last night but also last night, is you see players not knowing if they should check/hold to maintain team shape or go/make a run/close down/etc. Or maybe I was imagining that? But at this point of the season at least every man on the pitch should know his job in the system being played at that point of the game. No there isn't any legislating for individual player errors and we've had our share of those but at the very least all the players should know what they're supposed to be doing and too often ours don't seem to.

Honestly just get rid now, Adams till Flinty takes over. I know there's a break after Cardiff but honestly we're going to lose these next games as we are, so it feels like a shot to nothing to make a change now even if it's a short-term one. Upside is we might get two new manager bounces and at least Adams would drill expectations into players. Downside feels like what's going to happen anyway. So we may as well JFDI.
