Webber came in and replaced old journeymen with young up and comers and seems to have gone full circle on his way out. Desperately unlucky with injuries of course.

For me the time we switched from 4-2-3-1 to 4-3-3 was...confusing. We never had the players to play that system and certainly not in the Prem.
