Webber

He is terrible. He got lucky with farke and emi but them aside his time at city has brought with it some frankly hillarious scouting and some of the most frivolous spending i can ever remember from the club. Webber consistently said he wanted to leave it in a better state than he found it. Thats no longer possible.
