Press news in...

We await David Wagner for his presser ahead of tomorrow’s clash with Boro.
-----------------------------------------------------------

DW on Borja Sainz: “He is ready. To start a game is something different, but in general he is ready. It’s about when in a game he can help us and which opponents.”

DW: "Marcelino Nunez will be involved tomorrow."

DW on Fassnacht: “We had this busy period where our offensive players covered lots of ground. We rotated and he hasn’t been back to his best. Jonny has impressed and Onel is back to his best. He is fighting for his place.”

DW on Gunn: “He will have a scan now at 1:30pm, so I have no further news. We are sure he will not play tomorrow.”

DW on team news: “Everybody is okay. It was hard work for the lads, they produced the highest numbers this season.”

DW on the mood: “Yes, the most important thing is that is fair. You can’t be driven away by the noise. You must be focused. We can only change the mood with performances with results. We still need to be focused on the performances and then we will win football matches.”

DW on Boro: “We like to go back to winning ways. We are focused on now. We know what went wrong against Leeds, we need to perform on a similar level.”

DW on Leeds: “We gave it sloppy away. When we are at our best we can play out, but when we’re not then we are vulnerable. We must be better in-possession."

DW: “We are aware that we concede chances. We need to narrow down what these chances are. Lots of the goals we’ve given away have been where we’ve given the ball away high up. You’ve seen how good we are at breaking down opponents.”

DW on data: “I don’t look at all of them. The truth is as well, I was surprised at the data against what I’ve seen. We are very strong in the challenges. I have seen this.”

That's it from Coolknee.
