Binning Wagner won't solve the issue of a (mostly) poor squad

but the guy is clearly tactically clueless. Taking off our only attacking threat in Onel and Rowe for the likes of Springett and Fassnacht was insanity. And his managerial ineptitude is becoming a recurring theme.
