We got to see some great football and footballers.

Because of promotion seasons we did not run up massive debts.
The vast majority of bigger champs clubs are carrying massive debt.

By any metric with the amount of money we spent we have been successful.

FWIW look at the lack of success the runaway promoted teams are having in the PL.

Its REALLY f**king hard to compete. Even if you spend.
You end up brining in mercenary type players.
That just never works either.

Webbers job was to make us competitive while being a self sustaining club.
He did that. History will judge he did that.
