He is and that's the problem
Maybe he's seen the facebook s**t, idiots on his back since he got here, I don't know. But his confidence is the one thing he really needs to improve - as you say he's terrified of getting it wrong and that can lead him to make poor decisions. I hope there's a good sports psych working with him cos he's potentially really good. At the minute there's something missing and I think it's a confidence thing above all else.
