Rehan looks talented but he also bowls quite a few ropey balls and I think the Aussies would have gone after him.
Mo was, for several years, one of the best spinners in test cricket, he's still bowling regularly at inetrnational level in the one day sides and not getting tonked. Last time I looked, a white ball and a red ball were still cricket balls. they aren't that different.
Plus his batting strengthens us which is useful given I think Bazball still leaves open the possibility of a collapse from time to time. He will bat at 7 or 8 anyway so his recent test average doesn't bother me.
He's the best option out there and i'm pleased he's coming back.
