Ok so why no prison sentence

From knowing nothing about this, and just reading the wraths views it seems like a slam dunk.

Are you guys now blaming the police cps courts judge?

For the record I would off put the guy in and shed and let him live the rest of his life in that just as he made the poor man! But that's just me !
