I see both sides, but it's the lack of consistency that's the issue for me

I don't remember the precise details, I think though that it was in Austria that someone got a penalty for much less when pushing Sainz wide (albeit on to gravel rather than run-off)

I get too that the fact that the stewards vary from race to race can explain the lack of consistency to a degree, but still...
