I'm warming towards Dean Smith... I think he's a better fit and the whole NYC thing is a bit of a red herring - deliberate or not.

I would give it to Varco but, if not he, or a completely left-field European candidate (someone from Podemos in Spain or Die Linke in Germany would be good) then Smith is more than suitably quaified.

But, these things take time and we still have a few seconds left... just...
