If anyone really thought Emi was worth way more than Villa's bid they'd come in and bid more. Nobody did. In fact, apart from Arsenal (who put in a significantly lower bid) nobody else seems to have been seriously interested.
Emi still has a lot to prove at the top level and couldn't get on the bench for Argentina's game the other night. Grealish is not only English but has been near the top of Premier League stats since he's been playing there and is likely to start for England (who aren't exactly short of creative talent these days) at the Euros.
