I'm of to the game and she calls back I hope they win

getting to the train station and seeing the train is on time

arriving at thorpe station and cursing that the London train has just arrived and the queue at the ticket barrier is Looooong

the walk to the coach and horses or Last pub standing and that first pint ,and the second one ,possibly a third as well

walk to the ground and the expectation of the game

dodging the traffic to cross the road at Morrisons

squeezing through the turnstile because of the weight i put on during lockdown

and getting to my seat and seeing the familiar faces who are my Saturday /Tuesday friends

the teams coming out ,OTBC being sung and of course the game

I will saviour and enjoy every minute of that first game back with no restrictions
