Losing Lambert was a good thing when it happened, honestly

though I agree they were w**kers about it. But I felt the wheels were just starting to come off that last season he had with us, and I wondered at the time (on here) if Villa was really the right move for him. Turns out he had no more right moves for him left in the bank, so wevs.

I also have awful memories of going there under Worthy and watching men vs boys. Really quite small, young boys. We weren't the men. For some reason that particular game has stuck in my mind as even worse than, for example, Fulham away (That Time - or any time, literally never seen us win there).

Still, I don't have the animus towards them I do towards, say, Wolves.
