If that happens then Webber should consider replacing Farke

if there’s an appropriate replacement available.

We’ve seen what happened under Worthington after relegation. He should have gone after the 6-0 loss to Fulham, where it was clear that a lot of the players weren’t motivated to play for him anymore. Then there’s the relegation battle under Neil, which was so weak and pathetic towards the end and that attitude seemed to carry into the following season after the first sniff of difficulties.

I like Farke a lot and greatly appreciate the work he has done for the club. I’m usually the first to defend him against unfair criticism (like in 17/18), but he seems very lost right now and doesn’t seem to be “sticking to his beliefs.”

With that said, Webber himself needs to improve a lot next season.
