If by some miracle they discovered some Vaccine, that works on covid19, that is already approved to be safe to humans. Then this all goes away pretty quickly.

Everything I'm seeing is that world is looking to open back up as the general consensus is the cure might be worse than the disease. (don't hate the messenger)
If first world countries economies go down the toilet then it could possibly lead to far more deaths than the covid 19 itself. The aid to third world countries would dry up and lots of other trickle down stuff that people don't realize such as Charity giving would drop considerably. Less money for research into Cancer and other diseases.
