On the subject of food poisoning, where do you stand on sell by dates?
I probably only go a day over if i haven't realised.
Mostly i just obey the best before
I ask because a guy at work pays £12 a week to a business who deliver a lot of random food to him. Meat, veg, fruit, dried food, tins, crisps, seeds etc
Most is either a day passed the best before. Some things like fruit, crisps, and seeds he leaves on the break room table which is two weeks out
The m and s crinkle cut crisps he left out last night were 19 dec 2019.
Would you eat them?
