Absolutely agree as had same issue a couple of months back when

I phoned to say I could get far more from Sky for £35/month less (and quoted the exact details I'd had from Sky) and the bloke said "well, I could offer you Netflix but that would be another £10/month". When I said that was ridiculous and not why I phoned he just said "there's a 30 day notice period do you want to start that today?"
