it will do something, but not eradicate ... therefore what exit plan? and requires what length of time ... in which case we're all f**ked anyway. A "second wave" is now manifesting in s korea eg .... how many lockdowns does one need? Pre-vaccine it's a case of "managed infection" - they're not saying "herd immunity" any more because they got into trouble, but i don't see v much difference (other than specific steps to manage the rate of infection).
