Offers of help

I called an elderly person who doesn't have the internet and I offered to drop off food etc. They were very offended that I thought they would need any help.

I offered another elderly person help but they said they wouldn't need it as they thought they had built up immunity.

I asked a neighbour if they could get a few things for me. They have left without asking.
