you can (you could recently anyway, i didn't) get industrial bog-roll from screwfix in large quantaties if you s**t a lot (other non-supermarket outlets exist that flog bog roll). global distribution hub in dordrecht netherlands has s**tloads (yes) of bog roll. there's a massive bog roll manufacturer in leicester area that has sufficient capacity to over provide. the problem was the market didn't foresee the panic and the transport assets weren't geared up. brexit plans over shortages actually helped prop up the supply-chain. you do not need to stress over bog-roll. or pasta. or rice. or handsoap. the supply chain will balance up. not so sure about meds.
