I guess they have the experience and the compliant populations! As I understand it

its a thumb prick test that takes 10 minutes for results. Suggestion is ready in 3 weeks although I assume that will be relatively low numbers and that they will let health workers have them first.

What I would like to know is whether any tests can show you have had it after the event (i.e. does it leave residual antibodies they can test for) so that once this has calmed down a bit all those people who are self isolating can check to see whether they have had it. I guess the answer to that is no but that would be incredibly useful for the later stages of this outbreak or when there is another one.
