Not sure about that. Scandinavia getting lots of cases and in Italy the
original outbreak seems to have taken hold in the northern, more mountainous region and around the ski resorts.
Does seem to be some indication that cases are spreading quite quickly in cold places although the scandinavean countries have not had any deaths yet.
