Seems unlikely that Italy would risk the economic damage

Or any country would risk economic damage because the media is hyping it up. Hence why we aren't taking such drastic measures yet. The government is being advised by people who know what they are talking about so I trust them (the scientists that is) if they say this is not just like normal flu and we need to take more serious measures.
