From a family member... Returnees from Italy not isolating

From a family member who lives in the Midlands... he knows of at least 2 people who have not self isolated after returning from Northern Italy.... the people were not given any advice after leaving flight... and didnt bother.... and were sat in a pub the day afterwards.
