Wow that’s insightful info

Much appreciated and will digest it all with the other half. No, haven’t identified any areas in NW, just seems the ideal spot from when we visited last year and seems more affordable than other neighbouring towns.

Reassuring to know about the schools and great parks/walks with the dog which is my escapism.
