You can even have a biscuit with it and still lose weight

The easiest way I found to lose weight is to track calories with an app like My Fitness Pal. Make sure you track everything though, including drinks.

I try and limit to 2000 calories a day when I want to lose some weight. You could aim for lower but i find it easier to maintain things if I keep it easy.
