the drivers who, when pulling up in a queue for traffic lights, leave a space in front of them. Then once a queue has formed behind they pull forward, leaving everyone else with the "dilemma" of whether to pull forward, or not. I know this type of manouver is illegal in some countries. I should be in this one too. Save the planet.
