Yeah we almost have no chance at this stage but I’m not really upset about it

Pretty zen about it to be fair. It was always going to be a tough ask with our squad and our budget. Sure I thought we would go a bit better than we have but I guess with the early injury crisis, any momentum we had and desperately relied on from last season was decimated.

We’ve never really recovered.

Could we have done more to get out of our current position, better tactics? more signings? Maybe?

What can you do now though? It’s in the past now so we have to regroup and prepare for next season. At least now the pressure should essentially be off so every game is in essence a free hit. Nobody expects us to stay up now so maybe that’s our chance? I’d love it to happen but just can’t see it turning now.
