What I never understand is the arrogance of people who sit

on the outside, with absolutely zero experience of coaching and managing a football club, telling me that Farke's made mistakes! Do you really believe without inside knowledge of all the personalities within the squad, all the outside influences of agents, newspaper talk etc. etc, that you can identify mistakes that Farke somehow didn't spot?
