I see Wolves tonked Espanol last night to basically guarantee making the last 16 of the Europa League. They are 5 points off a champions league place and in the last 16 of a European competition yet our owner a couple of years back described what was going on there (i.e. them being bought by wealthy foreign owners who wanted to pump money into them) as "awful".
My only solace is that if we had such a result in the Europa League and were in their position and had our next game at home against the bottom team we would be nailed on to lose 1-0 in a complete damp squib of a game.
