Whole thing is a little murky. I've got no doubt that he was ill and I also don;t think

the photo was "staged" in the sense that he didn't have to sleep on the floor at some point but it has certainly been used opportunistically by certain persons.

The problem is nowadays you just can't really tell what is true or fake so you tend to doubt everything!
