Rule is going, isn't it?

I thought rule was changing such that rebounds were being gotten rid of. That also gets rid of the encroachment rule. You score, goal. You hit the woodwork, miss the goal or shot is saved and ball goes dead and it is a goalkick.

I definitely read this and thought it was coming in this season before being postponed?
