I've seen those figures before
and always wondered how it can be said that the "few" (as a class) are not contributing enough (though granted, some of those "few" almost certainly aren't)
in any event, it's absolute tosh to think that Labour's programme could be paid for by taxing only the top 5% a bit more - it's impossible, and on any view, the additional taxes would (rather ironically) "trickle down" into lower wages, higher prices and so on.
