No, they would not change to Communism. My concern is more that the anti-rich / anti business policies (as outlined in their manifesto) would lead to capital flight. To the rich and big business using the 4 freedoms to simply move their tax liability to Luxembourg / Ireland, resulting in an decrease in tax revenue, increase in debt and debt interest. To a reduction in investment due to perceived anti business policy. To a decrease in exchange rate, and increase in interest rates.
My concern isn't really Labour as such - although this is what you seem to have focused on. More the wisdom of going into debt, as an individual or as a country when the economic outlook seems far from smooth.
