I had a case once
Which was all about a shipload of electronic equipment being sent from Southampton docks to the Far East. When it arrived it was rusted to buggery, despite having been professionally shrink-wrapped. Investigation discovered that the guy responsible for calculating the amount of desiccant had got the decimal point in the wrong place. At the time I wondered how anybody could have been such an idiot, but now I see that he probably went onto a football site and asked a bunch of randomers how to do the calculation!
