I started in Feb.
Nearly 3 seasons later, I've lost 2st 10lbs by not really doing a lot more exercise, but just being more aware. With a bit of effort, I could have got nearer 4 stone.
One of the chaps has lost well over 8 stone in that time, but he's been doing a lot more gym, other football and running on top of MvF....but it was the kickstart he needed.
It's relatively competitive, but most people get on well even between teams and the support is very good. The website explains how scoring works, but you do feel like you need to stay switched on so as not to let the team down, as a 4-0 win on the pitch can easily lead to an overall loss if the other team's collective weight losses are better than yours.
Would definitely recommend it! (And I can ensure you get into a decent team)
