Well yes, but...

if we as fans can't adapt to the situation, rather than judging everything as though we did still have the Prem millions to spend, we will not be helping matters.
Plus it suggests the club are partly being criticised for not reaching expectations, precisely because they have actually been so successful in spending four seasons recently at the top level, compared to bucketloads of teams (many if not most with MUCH richer owners) who have failed to manage that.
