The Donald and Nato. He's got a bit of point here hasn't he?
I mean, he's a dickhead and agreeing with anything he says, to any degree, sticks in the craw, BUT the figures are there to see.
Does look like quite a few countries had started to take US spending for granted and quietly cut back on their spending.
If the NATO agreement is 2% GDP, it should be adhered to by all members surely? If its not attainable then that should be discussed, and new targets agreed if possible.
I think I'd feel a little aggrieved if I was in the US. Obviously it is in their best interests as well to contain Russia, but I think we've come to rely on US forces too much.
